1. About Retirement.SG

Retirement.SG is a free online financial planning tool designed to help young working adults in Singapore model retirement scenarios, project CPF savings, estimate tax obligations, and plan for major life expenses such as BTO flat purchases. The Website is operated by an individual developer and is provided to the public at no charge.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Website in any way — including browsing, using any calculator or projection tool, or sharing any output — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. 9. CPF, HDB, SRS, and Government Scheme Assumptions

All projections involving the Central Provident Fund (CPF), Housing Development Board (HDB) BTO purchases, Supplementary Retirement Scheme (SRS), or any other government-administered scheme are modelled on assumptions based on publicly available information as at the date of last update. These projections:

  • Are subject to change as government policies evolve;
  • Do not account for your personal eligibility for specific schemes, grants, or concessions;
  • Are not verified or endorsed by CPF Board, HDB, IRAS, or any Singapore government agency;
  • Should not be used as a substitute for official CPF statements, HDB eligibility checks, or IRAS tax assessments.

10. Future Advertising

The Website is currently provided free of charge and without advertising. We reserve the right to introduce advertising or sponsored content in the future. Any advertising will be clearly identified. We are not responsible for the content of any third-party advertisements that may appear on the Website.
